Tanner Jourdian
Designer, builder, founder. Two decades across creative, technology, and startup worlds.
Tanner was raised by two world-class designers at Fisher-Price — art, electronics, and building things are in the DNA. He taught himself UI/UX design as a teenager, then sharpened it working alongside the team behind the Instagram redesign and Nike Plus app.
He spent two and a half years as an apprentice to Malik Yusef — one of the most prolific songwriters alive, with credits across Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Beyoncé. That apprenticeship wasn't about music. It was a masterclass in taste, creative process, and operating at the absolute highest level. Tanner went from the bottom rung to producing short films with $2.5M budgets and writing on Kanye West albums — through sheer intensity and talent.
He founded Unisyn, raising $2.5M to modernize commercial lending with AI-powered software. Built the team, led product, and drove it to the brink of MVP before a partner's misconduct forced a shutdown. A hard outcome — but the product, the fundraise, and the leadership were real.
